Information provided pursuant to Articles 12 and 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679
Sportwatchers Srl, hereinafter also SPW, is aware that the protection of personal data and its confidential use are of great importance to users. We have therefore developed a Privacy Policy regarding how we process users’ personal data. We invite you to read this document to understand our privacy protection criteria and to review any updates. The data collected, as well as any other information that can be directly or indirectly linked to the data subject, are collected and used in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on personal data. In compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of the aforementioned EU Regulation, SPW Srl, in its capacity as data controller, informs users of the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, the scope of their communication and dissemination, as well as the nature and legal basis for their provision. SPW Srl informs that the processing of the data acquired is carried out in compliance with the following conditions:
All personal data may be collected and provided by interested parties, in compliance with applicable trade regulations, for administrative, accounting, and employment management or information purposes within the scope of our business, including through IT tools and procedures. Collection and processing, in full compliance with the principle of relevance (privacy by default), may also be linked to purposes related and instrumental to the requests received. This includes the sending of update communications strictly related to the customer/supplier relationship for better use of the requested products and services (also in line with the provisions of Recital 47 of the GDPR). The data will be retained exclusively for the period of use and, for those with administrative value, for the mandatory retention period established by civil and tax regulations.
The processing is carried out by the Data Controller, the Data Processors, and any Data Processors using computerized procedures or electronic means and/or paper-based media. The data is stored in paper, electronic, and/or electronic archives, and specific minimum security measures are ensured for its use. The data will not be subject to an automated decision-making process, including profiling. All data processed, including technical data, is subject to the specific confidentiality measures contractually required.
Failure to provide, even partially, the data expressly indicated as necessary and mandatory for the purposes, including contractual ones, referred to in point 1 above will make it impossible for SPW Srl to process the data and therefore provide the requested products/services. To ensure correct data processing, the interested party must promptly notify the Data Controller of any changes to their personal data.
The personal data processed by this company are known to the Data Controller, the External Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 GDPR, if appointed as instrumental to the processing activities and by any persons in charge (authorized) of processing personal data. There are no joint data controllers, and the company, due to its operations and size, has not appointed a DPO (Data Protection Officer).
The data will not be disseminated and, under no circumstances, communicated, in accordance with the purposes, to non-EU countries.
The data subject may contact Sportwatchers Srl to assert their rights as set forth in the EU Regulation. If the processing is based on Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) or Article 8, paragraph 2, letter b) of the GDPR, the data subject shall be entitled to exercise his or her rights. A (based on specific consent), the data subject will have the right to exercise the rights referred to in Article 13, paragraph 2, letters b and c. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority.
